A licensed channel is a Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Chat conversation, including a DM. Limits reset each calendar month in UTC. An AI run is one engine run started for a conversation, including user turns, follow-ups, schedules, and background jobs. Automatic memory reviews do not count. How licensing works ↗

Authorized users can update skills in the free tiers. Review, approval, and organization-wide skill publishing are core capabilities. Existing organization-wide skill grants remain core. Enterprise implementation helps your team design and roll out that governance. Enforced organization instructions and mandatory organization skills are available Enterprise controls.

Enterprise controls

More control as your organization grows.

Enforced organization instructions

Available with Enterprise. A centrally required instruction policy across the organization’s channels.

Mandatory organization skills

Available with Enterprise. Required organization skill policies that channels cannot opt out of. Ordinary organization-wide skill grants remain core.

User and channel budgets

Planned usage limits, spending controls, and alerts per person and channel.

Vault-backed secret proxy

Planned: credentials stay in a secure vault and are supplied only at execution time—never visible in prompts, replies, or the AI agent workspace.

Available today: write-only secret storage means saved values cannot be displayed again through the interface. The runtime can use them. The planned vault proxy keeps credentials outside the agent workspace.
