A clear boundary between the service and your deployment.

1. Who we are, and what the platform is

The platform is operated by MAKEITFUTURE S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Romania (trade register no. J2021006204124, fiscal code RO45387234), registered office Piața Mihai Viteazu 3-4, 400036 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania ("Makeitfuture", "we"). It provides the public website, customer accounts and organizations, license keys and their tiers, aggregate usage views, and the licensing API that a ChannelGate deployment calls to verify a key and report usage. It does not host, configure or operate any ChannelGate deployment: those run on infrastructure you control.

2. Accounts and organizations

• The platform is for organizations and professionals. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the organization you register.
• Sign in with an email address you control, keep sign-in links and license keys confidential, and tell us promptly at legal@makeitfuture.com if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• An account belongs to the organization that operates the deployment. Its owner may invite managers — for example an agency or consultant that installs ChannelGate — who can then administer the account. Managers act on behalf of that organization; keys remain the organization's.

3. License keys, tiers and limits

• A key identifies the organization operating one or more deployments and carries the limits of its tier. The tiers and limits current for a software version are the ones published at docs/LICENSE-KEYS.md and on the Licensing page. We may change the no-key and free-key limits for future software versions and for keys issued after the change; an Enterprise key's limits are fixed for its agreed term.
• Keys are shown once, at issuance, and stored by us only as a hash. A lost key is replaced by issuing a new one and revoking the old.
• Issue keys only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Do not share a key across unrelated organizations, resell it, or use one key to license several customers' deployments: that is multi-tenant licensing and is prohibited both here and by the software license.
• We may revoke a key for material breach of these terms or of the software license, for misuse, or where the law requires it. Where practicable we will tell you first and give you the chance to remedy.

4. Usage reporting

A deployment with a key sends us a hash of the key, an installation identifier it generated itself, its software version, a calendar month and one hashed conversation identifier with a run count per conversation — nothing else. You agree to this reporting as part of using a key, and you agree not to disable, alter or circumvent the software's license verification or usage limits. Details are in our privacy notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not probe, scan or overload the platform; bypass rate limits or authentication; submit false information; interfere with other users' accounts; use the platform to send unsolicited communication; or use it in breach of applicable law, including export-control and sanctions law. You remain solely responsible for the agents, tools, credentials, prompts and data configured in your own deployment and for the output your deployment produces.

6. Availability and support

The free platform is provided without a service-level commitment and may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Licenses are signed so that a deployment keeps working through a temporary platform outage, as described in the public documentation. Support and service levels for Enterprise customers are set out in their agreement.

7. Fees

Accounts and Free keys are provided at no charge. Enterprise keys, implementation and partnership services are provided under a written agreement that states the fees, payment terms and applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The platform, the ChannelGate name and marks, and the software remain the property of Makeitfuture and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants rights in the software beyond the software license. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy notice. For your own deployment you are the controller of the data it processes. Enterprise customers can request a data-processing agreement covering the platform records we hold for them.

10. No warranty; limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any loss arising from your deployment, your configuration or the output of an AI model. Our total liability arising from the free platform in any twelve-month period is limited to EUR 100; for paid services it is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Term and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us at legal@makeitfuture.com to close your account; closing it revokes its keys. We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, after notice where practicable, or where a legal requirement compels us. Sections 4, 8, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination. Termination of a platform account does not by itself terminate an Enterprise agreement, which follows its own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top identify the current text. Account holders receive an email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; continued use after that date is acceptance. If you do not agree, close your account before the change takes effect.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bucharest, Romania, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
