A clear boundary between the service and your deployment.

These terms govern use of the ChannelGate customer platform. Use of the self-hosted software is governed separately by the Makeitfuture Sustainable Use License in its repository and any Enterprise agreement.

Accounts and keys

You must use an address you control, keep sign-in links and license keys secure, and issue keys only for organizations you are authorized to represent. Keys may be revoked for misuse or material breach.

Availability

The free platform is provided without a service-level commitment. Signed entitlements and the gateway grace period are designed so a temporary platform outage does not stop a deployment.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, overload, bypass limits, distribute keys, or use the service unlawfully. You remain responsible for the agents, tools, credentials and data configured in your self-hosted deployment.
