Makeitfuture S.R.L. operates this customer and licensing platform. ChannelGate deployments are self-hosted and do not send prompts, messages, files, channel names or user identities here.

What this platform stores

Your sign-in email, organization membership, license state, installation UUID and version, month, hashed conversation identifiers and aggregate run counts. Contact forms store the information you submit and your consent time.

Why and how long

We use these records to provide licenses, prevent abuse, support customers and meet contractual obligations. Operational rate-limit records expire automatically. Account and licensing records are retained while the relationship is active and as legally required afterward.

Processors and rights

Supabase hosts authentication and data in the EU; Vercel serves the website. Contact privacy@makeitfuture.com for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability requests.
