Unlimited conversations and runs, unlimited cost-tracking history, enterprise features, support and agreed terms.
Keys contain a signed entitlement and keep working through temporary platform outages. The platform never receives message content. Cost-tracking history limits apply only to cost records, not AI usage allowances or general conversation retention.
Frequently asked questions
Understand the organization key, usage limits and costs before choosing a plan.
Yes. The Test tier allows one conversation and 500 AI runs per month without an account. A free Registered organization key allows unlimited conversations, each with 500 AI runs per month. Enterprise removes those ChannelGate run limits under an agreed license. See the current tiers and limits or compare the plans.
No. The free key covers ChannelGate licensing within its usage limits. You provide the deployment environment and pay any applicable model subscriptions, API charges and connected-service costs separately. The licensing overview explains this distinction. Makeitfuture's implementation engagement is also a separate service.
An AI run is one engine run started for a conversation. User requests, follow-ups, scheduled runs and background jobs count; ChannelGate's own memory-review runs do not. Limits reset by calendar month in UTC. At the cap, the agent returns a limit notice instead of starting another run. See how usage is counted.
The key belongs to the organization operating the deployment. If a service provider operates a dedicated deployment on a customer's behalf, the provider uses that customer's key. Keys cannot be shared or transferred between organizations. The key ownership rules explain the boundary.
