Fixed total: 30 hours. Installation and guided sessions share 20 hours: a shorter installation leaves more time for guided work. The initial scope may include one or more agents, as the agreed 30-hour engagement allows.

What does the first implementation include?
The first engagement is 30 hours for €5,000 plus applicable VAT, paid once. It covers discovery, deployment, initial skills and training, guided working sessions, and handover. The first scope is agreed after discovery and can include one or more agents within those 30 hours. See the engagement breakdown.
How long does implementation take?
The planned duration is approximately four weeks from sign-off, scheduled around the participating team's availability. The 30 hours describe the engagement's delivery time, not 30 consecutive hours or a fixed completion guarantee. The starting offer sets out the timing and scope.
What does our team need to provide?
Bring a jointly selected use case and up to two process owners or builders for the working sessions. You also need an approved deployment environment, access to the chosen chat platform and AI provider, and permission to connect the systems and information involved. Review the readiness requirements with your technical owner.
Are hosting, licenses and ongoing AI costs included?
No. Hosting, licenses, subscriptions and AI-provider usage are separate from the implementation engagement. New ChannelGate product features and complex custom integrations outside the agreed first scope are also excluded. A wider company rollout is scoped separately. What do we have at handover?
The agreed outcome is a working ChannelGate foundation in your environment, the first agents and reusable skills built with your team, and a practical runbook with operating responsibilities.
